The #7Alexandria Purple Ghosts upset the #2Canton Golden Bears in the NYS girls hockey quarterfinals by the score of 3-2. Jamie Wiley scored the game-winning goal in the second overtime to capture the win for Alexandria. She finished with 2 goals. Jesse Prance tallied the other goal for the Purple Ghosts. Canton saw 2 goals from Mackenize Lennox and Jessie Denoncourt supplied 2 assist in the loss.
